This year’s scholarship recipients are Turner Goodwin from Region III (Southwest) who will attend Texas A&M Maritime Academy (Floyd Goodwin’s son); Olivia Rogers from Region IV (Southeast) who will attend the University of Kentucky (Mike Rogers’ daughter); and Paige Payton from Region V (Central) who will attend Lincoln Land Community College (Don Payton’s daughter).
