NASDEA seated a new Executive Board during the Fall conference in Nashville, Tennessee for 2023 – 2024. A unanimous membership vote resulted in the following:
- President – Commander Don Payton, Illinois State Police (Former Vice President)
- Vice President – Director Chris Hosey, Georgia Bureau of Investigation (Former Region IV Representative)
- Treasurer- Chief Floyd Goodwin, Texas Department of Public Safety (Re-elected)
- Secretary – Assistant Director Kelly Page, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (Re-elected)
- Sergeant At Arms – Commander Scott Pelletier, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency (Re-elected)
- Immediate Past President – Lt. Colonel Kevin Hobson, Indiana State Polise (Former President)
- Region IV Representative – Resident Agent In Charge, Florida Department of Law Enforcement (New elected member)
