As referenced by newly elected NASDEA Executive Board President Don Payton, NASDEA is involved “in an exciting development. NASDEA has been officially requested and is enthusiastic to collaborate with U.S. Virgin Islands Governor Albert Bryan Jr., and Virgin Islands Police Commissioner Ray Martinez. Together, we will host the first-ever international law enforcement symposium in the U.S. Virgin Islands in the Spring of 2024. This landmark event underscores our commitment to fostering global cooperation in drug enforcement and promises to be a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts. We eagerly look forward to this historic symposium and the opportunities it presents for international collaboration and dialogue as it relates to drug trafficking, human trafficking, and violent crime”.
