The National Alliance of State Drug Enforcement Agencies (NASDEA) has selected Carlon Stapleton as its new Executive Director, following the retirement of longtime Executive Director TJ Jordan. Carlon will officially assume his duties at the beginning of 2026. He recently retired from the Texas Department of Public Safety after a distinguished 30-year career in law enforcement, public safety, and criminal justice. With his extensive leadership experience and commitment to advancing collaborative efforts in drug enforcement, Carlon brings a new vision for NASDEA’s future while continuing to build upon the strong foundation established by his predecessor.
